1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the 777s platform at 777s.uk ("the Platform"), you ("the User") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 777s platform, including visitors, registered account holders and anyone using the Platform in any capacity. They govern your use of all features on the Platform including sports betting, online slots, live casino, eBingo and all other sections.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on 777s and use any real-money feature of the Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration.
• You must not already hold another active account on the 777s Platform. One account per person is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from gaming or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the above eligibility requirements. 777s reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age, identity and location at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Accounts opened by persons who do not meet eligibility requirements — including minors — will be closed immediately. Any balance in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777s account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and any other actions taken while logged in to your account. 777s will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security issue to us in advance.

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Keep your registered mobile number active and up to date — OTP verification is sent to this number.
• Contact 777s support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

777s implements SSL encryption on all connections and OTP verification for sensitive account actions. However, no security system is completely infallible, and 777s cannot be held liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with others or from security incidents outside our control.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 777s Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency transactions — your balance is always held and displayed in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer from local Philippine banks and supported local e-wallets where currently active. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits or gaming transactions on the 777s Platform.

Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine bank account only. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC identity verification in full. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take time to process depending on the method and volume of requests. 777s reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are unresolved account verification issues or if a transaction appears unusual.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any processing fees, are stated in the relevant sections of your account dashboard. These are subject to change and it is your responsibility to review current limits before transacting.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 777s are subject to the specific rules of the event and market selected. 777s reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared.
• A technical error results in a market being offered with clearly incorrect odds.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded.
• The bet forms part of a pattern of abuse or exploitation of the Platform.

For online slots and other RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by real-time gameplay with live dealers. 777s does not guarantee any particular outcome on any game or bet.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any external system to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. 777s may suspend or permanently close any account where such activity is detected, and any winnings generated through prohibited means may be voided.

777s reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets or suspend a player's betting access at its discretion, including where patterns consistent with professional arbitrage or system abuse are identified.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, 777s may offer promotions, bonuses or other incentives to registered players. Any such offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. Those specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on 777s unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the promotion terms.
• 777s reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

777s does not publish specific bonus percentages, minimum deposit amounts or wagering multipliers on this page. 7 Responsible Gaming

The 777s name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary. They may not be used in any context — including on social media, in advertisements or in any digital or printed material — without the express written consent of 777s.

9 Limitation of Liability

777s provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the Platform is accessible at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 777s is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. This includes losses arising from bets placed during a period of technical error, disruption or data issue, provided 777s acts to resolve such issues promptly and in good faith.

777s is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where the access was made possible by your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

10 Privacy and Data

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the 777s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777s collects personal information — including your name, contact details, date of birth and financial information — as part of account registration and KYC verification. This information is used to manage your account, process transactions and meet applicable compliance requirements. Your data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

777s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to defraud, exploit or manipulate the Platform or other users.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting 777s support. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be reviewed and processed according to standard procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met.
